Week Six Overview
Warrior Girl – Ephesians 6
This week Paul continues his topic of submission as he talks about the family unit. Specifically, he addresses the role of parents and children. I know not everyone is a parent, or maybe your kids are adults with their own kids, but we all have someone in our lives we can help mentor. Maybe it is the neighbor kid, the youth at church, or a family member like a niece or nephew. If you are not a parent, please don’t think this first part of Ephesians 6 isn’t for you, because God’s Word always has something to teach us. So lean in close and listen to what God wants to speak to your heart.
We will also be discussing the armor of God and finish up with a word on prayer. Both of these topics are so powerful and vital to the life of Christians – and the enemy will try anything and everything to stop you from hearing God’s truth of how to win the battle against him…don’t let him win! Press in all the more this last week. Finish strong. Be bold. Be brave. Don’t let anything stop you from some very important truths in Ephesians 6.
Let’s grab our Bibles, reference tools, and journal, and let’s get to diving deep!
